Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-21 · Version 2026-08-21

This document is a starter policy template prepared for general informational purposes. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Princeton Analytica should have qualified legal counsel licensed in the applicable jurisdiction review and, where appropriate, revise this document before it is relied upon as a binding legal or policy instrument.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, dashboard, and research report services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Princeton Analytica ("Princeton Analytica," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas-based company. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 17 below. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. 2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at consumers acting solely for personal, family, or household purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

3. 3. Accounts and Account Security

To purchase or receive reports, you must create an account using Amazon Cognito-based authentication (email and password, with optional multi-factor authentication). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly at support@princetonanalytica.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. 4. The Service and Deliverables

Princeton Analytica provides automated, AI-assisted business intelligence and research reports. Reports are produced through a multi-stage pipeline that combines AI models (including models accessed via Amazon Bedrock), current web-based research, deterministic calculations, source citation tracking, and automated and/or human-designed quality review controls.

Reports are delivered as PDF documents through your secure dashboard. The specific scope, structure, and content of a report depend on the product or package you select and any information or documents you provide at the time of ordering.

5. 5. Ordering, Quotes, and Pricing

Prices for reports are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Any price quote provided to you is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued, after which it may be withdrawn or require re-confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, modify our product offerings, and change prices prospectively at any time. Changes will not affect orders you have already placed and paid for.

6. 6. Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card number, expiration date, or card security code; that information is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and applicable card network rules.

You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the applicable order amount, including any applicable taxes. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. 7. Delivery Timing

Any estimated delivery time shown at checkout or in your dashboard (for example, an estimated number of hours or business days) is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary based on report complexity, data availability, queue volume, and quality review outcomes.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material delays. Delivery delays alone do not entitle you to a refund except as set forth in our Refund Policy.

8. 8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to: scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from our website or dashboard outside of the features we provide; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account or data; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or resell, sublicense, or redistribute delivered reports as your own standalone research product to third parties without a separate license from us.

This restriction does not prevent ordinary internal business use of a report you purchased, including sharing it within your own organization and with your professional advisors, board members, investors, or clients in the ordinary course of your business or engagement with them.

  • No unlawful use of the Service or the reports it produces
  • No scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from our website
  • No attempts to circumvent security or access controls
  • No reselling or rebranding delivered reports as your own independent research product without our written permission
  • Internal business use and sharing with your organization, advisors, board, investors, and clients in the ordinary course is permitted

9. 9. Customer Uploads

You may optionally upload documents or data files (such as PDF, CSV, XLSX, DOCX, TXT, or JSON files) to be used in the preparation of your report. By uploading any file, you represent and warrant that you own the content or are otherwise authorized to provide it to us and to permit us to process it for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process your uploaded content solely to prepare, quality-check, and deliver your report and to provide related customer support. We will not use your uploads to train or fine-tune AI models. Uploaded files are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Security page, including applicable retention and deletion timelines.

10. 10. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a report, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as permitted in Section 8) license to use, copy, and share the delivered report for your internal business purposes and the permitted sharing described in Section 8.

We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service itself, including our underlying methodology, prompts, templates, pipeline architecture, software, and system design. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our underlying systems, methods, or templates to you.

11. 11. AI-Assisted Research; No Guarantee of Accuracy

Reports are generated using a combination of artificial intelligence models, automated web research, deterministic calculations, and quality review controls designed and configured by humans. While we apply fact-checking and quality review steps, AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or misinterpretations of source material.

We do not guarantee that any report is complete, accurate, current, or free of error. You are responsible for independently verifying any information that is material to a decision you intend to make. See our AI-Assisted Research Disclosure for more detail on how AI is used in our pipeline.

12. 12. No Professional Advice

Reports are provided for general informational and business intelligence purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, tax, investment, accounting, or other regulated professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional in the relevant field.

You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on a report.

13. 13. Third-Party Sources; Confidentiality

Reports may reference or summarize information obtained from third-party sources believed to be reliable. We do not independently control or guarantee the accuracy of third-party source material, and we are not responsible for errors originating in third-party sources.

We treat your account information and uploaded content as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (including to service providers described in our Privacy Policy), to comply with law, or with your consent.

14. 14. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy for details on when refunds are available and how to request one.

15. 15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN OUR REFUND POLICY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINCETON ANALYTICA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR THE REPORT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

16. 16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Princeton Analytica and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including in connection with content you upload.

17. 17. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support@princetonanalytica.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if required by law.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

18. 18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

19. 19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an email or dashboard notification). Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
