Refund Policy

Effective 2026-08-21 · Version 2026-08-21

This document is a starter policy template prepared for general informational purposes. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Princeton Analytica should have qualified legal counsel licensed in the applicable jurisdiction review and, where appropriate, revise this document before it is relied upon as a binding legal or policy instrument.

This Refund Policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund for a research report purchased from Princeton Analytica. Reports are custom-produced work generated specifically in response to your order, so refund eligibility differs from typical off-the-shelf goods. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.

1. 1. Custom Work Product

Each report is generated specifically for your order based on the scope, questions, and any materials you provide. Because reports are custom work product rather than pre-made goods, refunds are handled differently than a standard retail return and are governed by the terms below rather than a general right of return.

2. 2. Full Refund: Non-Delivery or Failed Quality Review

You are entitled to a full refund if we fail to deliver your report, or if the report we generate fails our internal quality review and we are unable to produce a version that passes that review within a reasonable time.

3. 3. Refund Requests for Material Defects

If you believe your delivered report contains a material defect, such as failing to address the scope you agreed to at the time of order, you may request a remedy within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@princetonanalytica.com with a description of the issue.

Where a material defect is confirmed, we will first attempt to correct or update the report at no additional charge. If we are unable to produce a corrected report that reasonably addresses the confirmed defect, we will issue a refund.

4. 4. What Is Not a Material Defect

A refund will not be issued solely because you are unhappy with, disagree with, or find unwelcome the findings, conclusions, or recommendations contained in an otherwise properly scoped and delivered report. Reports reflect research and analysis at a point in time and are not guaranteed to produce any particular outcome or conclusion.

5. 5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or corrected report, email support@princetonanalytica.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask follow-up questions to evaluate your request and, where applicable, to attempt a correction before issuing a refund.

6. 6. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.

7. 7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first at support@princetonanalytica.com to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may delay resolution and, where a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

8. 8. Subscriptions (Future Offering)

If and when we offer subscription plans, refund terms specific to subscriptions (including cancellation and proration terms) will be described at the time such plans are introduced and will supplement this policy.
