Subject: Contact-center AI — who leads and how big is it?
Board wants a read on the U.S. contact-center AI market before Thursday. Size, growth, who's winning, what to watch.
Desk · 9:44 am · PDF brief attached
Bottom line: estimates vary widely by scope but converge on a fast-growing market (roughly 20–37% CAGR depending on definition), led on revenue by the CCaaS incumbents and large cloud platforms [2][8][11], while pure-play “AI agent” vendors are scaling fastest [3]. There is no single authoritative U.S. figure — sizings differ 5–10× by definition; cite the scope alongside any number.

Desk keeps the thread's context. Ask for a different cut, another market, a sharper recommendation — or say "make this a full report" and it will route you to the right product.
What it is for
The questions between reports.
A full report answers the big decision. Desk answers the dozens of smaller questions around it — fast enough to use in the meeting.
- “How big is X, and who are the top five?”
- “What did our main competitor announce this quarter?”
- “Benchmark our pricing against the category.”
- “What regulation is coming for this in the EU?”
- “Snapshot of this company before tomorrow's call.”
- “Summarise what changed in this market since March.”
Built-in safeguards
Professional by design.
- One address per subscription. Desk answers mail from the address on your account and no other. Someone else writing to your Desk address gets nothing, and the attempt is flagged.
- Authenticated senders only. Mail that fails standard sender authentication is dropped, so the service cannot be spoofed or used to relay.
- On topic, every time. Desk answers business, market, competitive, company and strategy questions. It declines anything else, courteously, and will not be argued out of its scope.
- Evidence rules. The same rules as our reports: cite material figures, say when evidence is thin, never invent a number, name or URL.
- Clearly AI. Every answer identifies Desk as an AI research assistant operated by Princeton Analytica. It is informational, not regulated professional advice.
- Stops when you stop. Cancel any time; Desk answers to the end of the paid period, then pauses and tells you how to resubscribe.

Questions
- What can I ask Desk?
- Anything you would hand to a research analyst: market size and growth, who the competitors are and what they just did, pricing benchmarks, regulatory changes, a company snapshot before a meeting, or "what should we be watching". Desk stays within business, market, competitive, company and strategy questions — the work Princeton Analytica does.
- How fast is it?
- Most answers arrive within a few minutes. Desk researches the live web for each question, so answers reflect current sources, each cited.
- Is it a person?
- No. Desk is an AI research assistant operated by Princeton Analytica, and every answer says so. It is built on the same evidence rules as our full reports: cite every material figure, say when the evidence is thin, never invent a number.
- Who can use my subscription?
- One subscription is bound to one email address — the address on your account. Mail from any other address is not answered. Forward Desk's answers to anyone you like.
- Is there a limit?
- Fair use is 75 requests a month, which is more than most subscribers use. Beyond that, Desk keeps answering at a measured pace (5 a day) so a single account cannot monopolise the service.
- How do I cancel?
- From your dashboard, any time. Desk keeps answering until the end of the period you have paid for; after that it stops and will tell you how to resubscribe if you write again.
- Can Desk write a full report?
- Desk writes briefs — typically one to four pages, attached as a PDF when the question warrants it. For a full 30–60 page report with a research plan, quantitative analysis, independent fact-checking and quality review, scope a custom report or pick a ready-made one from the store; Desk will point you there when that is the right tool.
Need the full report instead?
For the decision itself — 30 to 60 pages, research plan, quantitative analysis, independent fact-check — scope a custom report or choose a ready-made one.
